COMMUNICATION. I rarely knew what was exactly happening. They would just email me documents to sign and not explain what it all was or why the numbers changed all the time. I could get my specific questions answered.

Very quick in response to questions so nice and very helpful!! Jesse was the best!!

Jesse was great with communicating the only issue I had was the communication with the processors under him not communicating with me until it was very late to get information to them.

I think if there had been better communication and quicker it would have been a better experience. I know everyone gets busy, but it would have made a better flow if I had known a few things earlier, like the appraisal ordered, the lock expiration...
