Worked with me well, did not try to push anything, just helped me find the best refinance opportunity for me.
Very attentive at first, but that waned after I decided to go with NAF. Seemed like getting me signed on was a priority, but then I became less important.
Great communication. Good explanation of options and the process. Ease of uploading required documents and e-signing. Refinance completed 1 month sooner than expected.
