Jesse was great through out our entire refi. We had always used a local broker for all our prior home loans and refinances but our experience with Jesse and New American was top notch and we will be giving recommendations to our friends.

At first Jesse was very helpful, he helped me get pre-approved and worked very hard at that. I was having troubles with fha offers and asked if I could go conventional and was told I didn’t qualify. But in the end I did. Asked about down payment...
