I honestly didn't think I would be able to buy a house and Jessie found a way to pull a loan from my 401k to get it done! Now I am not burning my money on rent and I own my first home!

None of the promised timelines were hit. Documentation was requested that felt superfluous and unnecessary. Documents and forms were requested last minute. Closing was delayed several times. Communication was poor.
