the time to closing was extremely long. There were no proactive approaches with information and sometimes not even responses to queries. I had no idea that it would take weeks after closing to actually have an account setup so am paying interest...

Instead of 20% down on the mortgage I was assigned a 25% downpayment. Taxes amd Insurance were not included in the monthly payment. No one discussed those with me or asked me whether I wanted that or not. Despite me paying for the homeowners...
