Jay Rodriguez was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything in terms easy to understand. He was never rushed and was always available.

The lenders were exceptional in explaining the do and don't of what to expect in lending and borrowering. A great help. They inform you of each step they go through on your Loan. So helpful and stress free.

Seeking home refinance was a new experience of which I knew nothing. New America Funding was one of many agencies I contacted to obtain assistance and I was assigned Mr. Kash Tavoli, Loan Originator. Mr. Tavolilead me through all the many details...
