If this was the last mortgage funding company on the planet I would refuse their service. They instructed the title to be set up incorrectly and it is costing us more than $5,000 to fix and it has taken nearly 2 years of our attorneys time....

Change appraisal company. I would not recommend you due to the appraisal companies request for ridiculous request for repairs that had nothing to do with the structural integrity of the home.
