Jenny was very resourceful and answered all of our questions and concerns without question. She made it a great and painless experience.

Customer support was excellent. There were always available and what was said was accurate. No bait and switch. I have had over 7 new or refinance home loans in my life and this was the best.

Helen Kim, the loan officer, provided outstanding service for my clients. She always returned ALL phone calls, emails and texts. She is diligent and extremely efficient. My buyers were ready to sign loan documents in less than three weeks....
