Very impressed with Austin, he was so helpful and knowledgeable. He always returned my calls promptly. After checking out other companies I am so glad I went with New American Funding.

I am not familiar with all the terms you use for the forms and papers we have to sign and send, it was hard to try to understand all of them, the explanation was not enough, but the process was fast and I am happy with the result.
