I worked with Erica Benvenuto who was super transparent, communicative, and easy to work with. She is fantastic and I highly recommend working with her
Shay was very helpful and responsive to all my inquiries. I just wish there would of been a better communication between her and the loan processor. The refinance process took longer than expected.
