Worst company ever!!!! I felt like it was a scam. 4 months to close a file. They have no clue about title and escrow. Be aware it took an additional month to fund. No communication!!! Did the old car salesman trick. Sent me to another loan...

Very poor communication

Absolute train wreck of an experience. Not sure if they were overloaded or just incompetent, but the communication from this team was disorganized and erratic, their project management skills were terrible and their level of professionalism...

Every one was kind,caring explained everything keep me up to date and informed

Ricky Miranda was a rockstar and made this such an easy process. Communication was fast and thorough. I highly recommend him to everyone!

He is looking out for the best interest in his client. Answers all my tedious questions. Gives you a well rounded idea of the financial aspect of things (best/worst case scenario) which I appreciated!
