Loan finally funded, but was charged for prepaid interest for days when funds were not available..... add that to the longer then needed process and the lack of communication and lies from originator and you have someone who will never use...

A first time home buyer like us is quite challenging and will need’s a lot of time. We thought it is not possible but from the pre approval till the closing time .. Naf staff has been really helpful, reassuring and responsive to all our inquiry....
