Explanation if the process was clear and precise. Documents to review and sign were easily accessible in the app. My loan officer was super knowledgeable and helpful.

I loved how Jennifer was there for use no matter how silly we felt our questions were. the process was smooth and seamless.

We felt Jennifer is professional and at the same time our cheering section. She Was very professional and kept us informed every step of the way. She Made us feel safe about the process. She made the entire process extremely smooth and comfortable....
