Excellent customer service, very easy and quick to get everything done. Very professional and available any time you have questions. Would highly recommend over any other route for mortgage or refinance.

I dont know if it was Jennifer or someone else, but I was told too many times that I had all my paperwork in and then I was asked for more. The time it took to complete was so long that I lost my lock in rate and ended up paying more in interest....
