Another mortgage company made an error that would cause us weeks of delay. Jennifer took care of any issues and kept our closing on schedule, as planned. Communication was excellent and follow through was timely and clearly understood.

More communication and guidance through the process
Better communication for first time buyers and explain what the steps are in the house buying process.
Jennifer was great to work with. She was quick to respond when I had questions. She was very helpful in explaining a process/application questions.
