Perhaps it's just the difference between a loan that's entirely in-house and one that's broken up amongst various providers. This was a very lengthy process with many small hang-ups.
Working with Jennifer was awesome. She really cares about what she's doing for her client and she's genuine. I would most definitely work with Jennifer again in the future. She's a pretty awesome person.
