    the jmac portal is not easy like other lenders uploading conditions - to scroll to th condition is difficult and once you upload itand move on and want to check if it's been uploaded it takes a while to open and check the offs most other lenders...

    ONe of the worst AE. I understand they went on vacation. But at least a courtesy call after coming back, left voicemails, emails. The worst of the worst experiences. Rates look better but the service from AE is abysmal. I wish they were in...

    I need an AE who calls me when I request a call. Even better, one who answers the phone or at least replies with a text that they will call me back. This is a deal breaker for me.

    Jeff Warner, our AE always give us professional and prompt service durning the loan process. I would say he is the reason why we have great experiances. Peter in funding is really great as will. Quick and efficeint.
