Fern doesnt answer her phone or call you back and doesnt return emails in a timely manner. Its hard to get a hold of anyone there. Communication is lacking.
Clearing condition - took 4-5 times to get the loan amount correct - borrower requested close to $2K back. Seemed to take forever to get it close. Ended up at $1750. borrower was upset.
This isn't the 1st time this has happened.
My AE Jeff Warner was very helpful and responsive and account manager Fern Guardado was patient with my frequent questions and walked me through the process since this was my first file w JMAC.
Only complaint was the underwriting turn times were a little slow and responses of certain conditions on underwriting was a little slow. Should of been a pretty straightforward conventional refi, we locked for 30days and had to get an extension...
