This is my second time using movement and this is the second time I've had an issue during the transaction that has gone unresolved. The overall attitude I'm getting is that movement's mistake is not their problem but mine.

Nersa, we are always here to help. The title is a title issue, and one we always will take seriously but can be fixed easily with title. The seller not around to sign was the ultimate reason we couldn't fix prior to settlement.
