sorry, I really had no contact with this Lender. I know I had to remind the buyers agent a couple times that we had not had the Appraisals ordered. Everything else seemed to run smoothly. I represented the seller.
Jeff was very communicative, helpful, and straightforward throughout the entire loan process. He gave us clear instructions and frequently checked in to make sure we didn't have any questions.
