Jeff and everyone at Churchill were always available and very quick and easy to communicate with throughout the loan process. They made everything very easy.

I didn't have any established credit and heard Churchill was able to provide mortgages to people in my situation. What I did not realize was how helpful of a company they were. Our realtor raved about how on top of things they were and she...

There were a couple of points along the way where I didn't understand things that had large financial implications. Jeff was helpful after the fact... and thorough in explaining... but would have been better upfront.Also, the seller was paying...

Deliver product in timely manner so the customer doesn't have to pay more and when the delay is not the customers fault, they shouldn't be responsible to pay more. Prompt vendors to keep timeline on point. I am very disappointed in the service...
