Jeffrey, was very helpful, and informative on any questions we had. He was quick to respond on issues, and emails that we had sent. A great experience overall.

Although the loan process itself is a long and tedious process, I had to keep resubmitting paperwork I had already sent as it had been "lost." Entire process took much longer than needed due to poor performance of those who were involved in...

At closing , we found out the amount of our cash back had changed again ($2000 less) from figures provided days earlier. We "closed" 6 days ago. Had to take time off again yesterday to resign paperwork that was done incorrectly by Churchill....
