Did not communicate well. Not assertive and very low leadership skills to conduct process. The same documentation was asked for multiple times by jeff and underwriter. On day of closing we had no idea what amount was necessary for closing....

I don't sugar coat feedback I give my team or feedback I receive from clients or connected real estate agents. I think it is better for any interested party reading my surveys to be able to see that not every survey of mine receives 5 stars....

Jeffrey was highly available, personable, and indispensable in helping us, as first time homebuyers, navigate the home loan process. Jeffrey went above and beyond to make sure our closing date didn't push back when we were down to the wire!
