I know and understand the closing costs can change as the loan is processed, but changing the closing costs three times in a 24 hour period with the last one being only 15 minutes before closing was a little hard to understand

Communication started off very strong, overly so - didn't care for language used with the buyer's agent or buyer. Buyer commented at closing that our loan consultant appeared to be disconnected from communication and relied overly on his resources...

I don't sugar coat feedback I give my team or feedback I receive from clients or connected real estate agents. I think it is better for any interested party reading my surveys to be able to see that not every survey of mine receives 5 stars....
