Jeff kept me advised of what was happening and what was needed next through the whole process. He also kept the listing agent focused on what was needed to proceed.

Overall experience was good, but could improve communication better. Had to complete a Fannie Mac video/quiz, and pass the day before my closing. I understand this was a simple mistake, but I had to put work aside to complete these video/quiz....
