Quickness and how easy it seemed
The process from start to finish was very smooth and fast. Even the small items that came up were quickly resolved. I would definitely recommend Jeff and his team!
Jeff got the job done and was a great communicator and very responsive. He was able to allow the buyer to close early!
Jeff is awesome. Explains things well and has a communication style. I always new what to expect next and he kept me informed of every step.
The good - very positive can-do attitude. The bad and the ugly - we had to ask for the gift form after not receiving it for a week after being told it would be sent to us. And I shouldn't even need to mention the mess up on the day of signing....
