Horrible service. I asked for the amortization documents. They were never furnished. The loan was then sold to a company with different terms without my knowledge. They don’t allow recasting of mortgage. Absolute con artist.
Jebb was a great commuicator throughout the whole process. He helped explain the how the process worked and made us, first time home owners, feel comfortable and confident in the process.
