Jebb was very professional, as well as the rest of his team. They were flexible and helpful.
Everything moved along quickly and efficiently. All staff was pleasant and responsive.
I felt as though on this transaction, I was not kept in the loop. My emails weren't answered as promptly as I would have liked. I think two people were on vacation and that is probably why things were delayed a bit.
This closing became very difficult as a result of the buyer of Winn's home leaving town without notice. Jebb was able to keep the loan rate the same and keep the transaction moving forward.
