Another company denied the deal, I sent it to Jebb and he was able to pull it off without a hitch. If the other company would’ve been thinking like Jebb did and change it over to FHA they could’ve done it, but that’s their loss. Very grateful...

Communication was not to my expectations. In the beginning before offer was written he called and said all is well then as transaction went on I could never get a returned phone call.
