I had the seller in this transaction but things went very smoothly, we had clear to close well in advance of the closing date and we had the settlement stmt a few days prior to closing which we usually don't get until the day of closing.
How smooth everything went!
I gave a 4 star rating because, I was the listing agent in this transaction, so I really had no contact with Jebb, otherwise, I may have rated higher. Jebb was able to get the loan closed within the contract date, which is always important....
