Jason was great! However i started off with another loan officer and there was no communication when he was no longer there and nobody was answering my messages for over a week

zEverything was fine, just the interest rates dropped on the closing date and no effort was made to delay the closing to take advantage of the lower rate. Several other lenders contacted me with the new lower rate the same day I closed.

Jason was always in contact and easily reachable and always very helpful

The loan processor was very hard to contact, Susan Lancak, but Jason Lambert was always easy to talk with and contact
