Simple straight forward experience.
The process was easier than the conventional way. Would definitely use again. All done electronically except for signing a few docs for closing. Saved money on closing and had choice of type and length of loan.
My overall dealings with Jason were limited. Whoever the remainder of the staff was attentive when prodded but if left without being prodded there was little to no follow up. Several details were missed in the process of my closing that delayed...
