Communication between the law firm and Mid America ... a lot was asked for last minute which is not necessarily Mid America's issue but it could have been done better the last few days before closing. Also, still awaiting some type of communication...

I was super impressed with Mid America Mortgage and Jason Goodman. My refi went off without a hitch. The entire process was fast and efficient. I would highly recommend this lender and Jason, the loan officer.
The documentation process was easy. I didn't have my SS card but just had to sign a form to resolve. Jason was very responsive
He is nice and friendly!!
