The overall refinance process was easy and professionally handled. I feel like I made a good choice in going with Mid America Mortgage and Mr. Goodman.
The process took a little longer than expected.
The process was very slow, with communication with MidAmerica quite poor. Causing me to have to produce updated documents of what already had been produced. The difficulty being with MidAmerica more than with Jason per se.
