Jared made the whole process easy and it’s why we went back to him for our refinance.
1) clear explanations of the application process, 2) promised a fast time line and delivered: on 8-5-20, we were told we should be able to close by 8-31. We closed on 8-28; 3) frequent updates on the progress of the loan application.
Jared sets up a plan that fits your needs and then executes it. Not much more you can ask from a lender.
