Jared was the lender on a cross sale. His realtor forgot to notify him that their client was in escrow and when it came to his attention, he got his job done in 8 days and we close on time! Great job!

Jared saved the day for his realtor that forgot to give him the purchase contract and let him know their mutual client was in escrow! He closed it in 8 days! My seller was happy to close escrow on time and I'm sure the buyer was happy as well....
