The process could have gone better in that the property itself is the asset and there were (in my opinion) unnecessary hurdles in place. Outside of those, James and Kim were excellent.

James always communicated quickly and had the information I needed almost all the time. If he didn’t know, he would find out or have someone call me with the information.
