I believe the communication could of been better with JM staff. I was sometimes wondering without certainty where I was at. However, there were variables that were out his reach. e.g (Olympia appraiser).
James was excellent to work with. Any questions we had he made sure to answer promptly and he was very informative. He was always just a phone call away and we will always be grateful for his assistance.
