Jake was always available, timely, and efficient. Definitely the best experience I have had with a lender to date. We were able to close early because of Jake - can't beat that!
This is not my first time buying a home, so I’ve had experience with other lenders, and Jake is the best. He gets it done and never leaves you in the dark. He’s also incredibly approachable and just an all around nice guy!

Jake was such a dream to work with. He was incredibly communicative and on top of everything. If I called him and he didn’t answer, I’d hear back from him within 10 min every time. In addition to that, he’s just a really nice guy.
