I wanted a rate that was competitive and quick. Most places waste your time and take a day minimum with paperwork turnaround for each form, there are a lot of forms. That wasn't the case with the Guild Mortgage team. They worked just as hardon...

All of our questions got answered thoroughly and in a timely manner, the process was smooth And very quick and we got excellent rates and educated through using a VA loan for the first time!
