Jackie is the best! She has been managing my mortgage for 2.5 years and just helped with with a ReFi and the process was so smooth and painless.
Jackie is professional, works with intensity, and is able to tackle anything at hand! We are definitely not the easiest clients to work with... but she was on it no matter how often and out of the blue our request and questions were!
