Was lied to. Had to contact and wait and wait for a response. 2 weeks before closing and found out we couldn’t get the loan!!!! Paperwork should have been along time before that! Still says he will do what he can to help such as sending loan...

Jacob was excellent! Some lenders keep you in the dark, but not Jacob. He answered all my questions quickly and was easy to work with. Just let him preapprove you, and you'll see that he'll stay right on top of things.
