I did not realize that I would be dealing with three different entities, West Capital, EQ Spring, and Mortgage Connect. Jacob and Tammy did a great job getting the loan approved. Closing and following service has not been that great.

There was no real way to communicate with the underwriting or title department. You just sent whatever documents and hoped they got around to it.
Easy online process and closing made everything extremely convenient.
