Better communications by the Title Companies involved. The Sellers/Buyers should be better advised about using Wire Transfers between title companies resulting in a timely and easier method for these type of transactions.

A graduate of the XINNIX Academy for Mortgage Originators, I have been originating residential mortgage loans in Western Colorado since leaving traditional sales and customer service positions, most recently as the general manager of a local Powersports dealership.
