Izic was patient and answered all questions. He tried to find solutions when it seemed they were not possible. He had an incredible attitude, and it felt like he cared about trying to make this happen.
Mr Mackey was outstandin . He made terms of loan very understandable and easy to interpret . He was courteous and always responded to my questions promptly . He was very polite and his voice tone was kind.
