Some roadblocks from underwriter were not communicated in a timely manner. It was weeks before they let us know and they only told us during the week of closing. The rest of the process was smooth with kudos to a capable NAF team.

Communication was great. He was always available.

I think he totally wasted our first two months. Once Jonathan took over we started getting somewhere. Janathan was outstanding gettting us to the finish line.
