Ian Wright

Courteous, knowledgeable & patient. I asked a lot of questions and he was always right there with a quick helpful answer. Knows how to get it done. Would not hesitate to refer him or Bay Equity.

Courteous, knowledgeable and patient. I asked a lot of questions and he never failed to respond and quickly. He knew all the documentation I needed to make the loan process go smooth. Was able to mole a loan to fit my financial parameters.

Ed Quinby is a very intelligent and personable person, who cares about his clients, and I sincerely enjoyed working with him on my loan. I would never use anybody else.

Great Services

He was very helpful

Ian is very communicative and he has a great 15% down non owner occupied loan program that helped me buy two homes on one lot. It even has an interest only payment option and has a fixed rate for 40 years! Thank you Ian.

Ian and Sara were awesome in helping us get our wonderful home. If it wasn't for thier hard work on getting us our loan we would still be in limbo. Huge THANK YOU

Ian and his team were patient, kind and very educational throughout the process of purchasing our first home. They worked hard to not only qualify us but get us a loan that worked for us. We found our perfect home and moved in this week. None...
