I have never met Ian in person, however I liked working with him on refinancing a property and how detailed his emails were and the confidence he gave me for my particular situation.
Ian actively coached us to a higher FICO and got us the best possible rate (and we did a bit of searching). The real estate agent estimated our closing would take 45 days; Ian got us through in less than 30. I can't recommend him highly enough....
