Ian Wright

Our process was so smooth that even our realtor was surprised. Ed was great and I'm so glad I worked with him.

Communication. Knowledge. Helped us get a better rate. Ease of transaction. His team handled it like a champ. Definitely one of the easiest and better transactions we have had. Will definitely look to again.

5 stars, helped my buyer get a loan and close the condo

Very professional & easy to work with.

Ian is down to earth, reliable, knowledgeable, fair, and highly responsive. He helped us secure a mortgage across state lines. He made the process easy and seamless. We plan to work with Ian and his team again in the future.

Ian was responsive and communicated what we needed to do. Even with shifting loan limits and restructuring the loan towards the end of the process we met our very quick closing deadline.

The team at bay equity were in constant communication throughout the entire process. No question went unanswered and they make home buying effortless.

Ian and his staff were in continuous communication with me and always responded to my inquiries in a timely manner. The process was explained to me thoroughly and I was at ease knowing they had my best interests.

Ian answered all my questions respectfully and in a timely manner, he was responsive through text, phone, and email even during the weekend which allowed me to close a week early. He also gave great financial advise, Bay Equity is my go-to...

Great communication and always kept up to date through out the loan process
