This is my first home in US and Ian Mclellan help me a lot. Anytime I need answer he was there and I think this is so important for any customer. I am so happy work with Northpointe Bank. Thank you.

I just want to call out the great work and effort from our loan officer (Ian McLellan). He was courteous, prompt, and was very willing to answer the numerous questions I had along the way.

Ian McLellan was amazing... super responsive, not pushy and was proactive in his\_x005F_x000D_ communication. I felt like I was his only client.

Northpointe was extremely responsive from our first inquiry on rates right up and through the closing process. Having been through the mortgage process numerous times before this was the easiest because the time was taken to explain in detail...
